Protection for Reporting Discrimination and Paternity Policy
King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) is committed to creating a safe and equitable environment by protecting individuals who report discrimination. The university enforces policies that safeguard students and staff from any educational or employment disadvantage when they raise concerns about unfair treatment, ensuring that all voices are respected and supported.
In addition, KMUTNB provides a paternity policy to co-align with Thai Federal Laws that encourages fathers’ participation in childcare, promoting shared family responsibilities and supporting women’s continued engagement in academic and professional activities. KMUTNB staffs who has a newborn can take leave as maternal leave. By implementing these measures, the university strengthens gender equality, fosters an inclusive campus culture, and contributes to national and global goals under SDG 5, empowering all members of the university community while promoting fairness, accountability, and work-life balance.
